If you already have an account, the process is pretty simple:
Go to Identomat's .
Enter your email address and password in the provided field.
Click sign in to access your account.
Configurations are predefined sequences of steps created for the specific requirements of different users. Alternatively, you can create a video KYC session using our API. For detailed guidance, please go to .
If you are new to Manage-Identomat, you'll need to request your administrator to set up the video KYC configuration for you. Alternatively, you can and we will be happy to assist you.
After adding a configuration to your Manage account, you'll be able to create a new session by clicking the Session link button located in the right corner of the sessions listing. A new session link modal will appear on the screen with two fields to fill out:
Configuration - your previously requested video KYC configuration will appear here.
Session name - This field serves as a session identifier for your reference and will appear in the session listing.
After filling out these required fields, click Generate link button and a new video KYC link for the end-user will be generated. Copy this link and send it to the user(s) you want to verify. Alternatively, you can access this link later in the session.
